Mission

Mission Statement 

It is the mission of the Fairfield Community High School Athletic Department to establsih self-esteem and empowerment within each student athlete.  As a program we will attempt to help each athlete realize their importance and place within our program and their sport.  We will strive for open and honest communication between our administration, staff, and players.  Members of our program will respect diversity, dignity, and faith of every member of our program and our opponents.  We will continue to grow as community and athletic leaders and innovators.  Our administration, staff, and players believe that each task in front of us is an opportunity for success.  Ultimately, we are committed to help our students become good athletes, but most of all we are committed to help create better citizens.  

Vision Statement

Fairfield Community High School Athletics strives to establish our program as one of the best organizations in the Black Diamond Conference, Southern Illinois, and throughout our IHSA Division.  Our athletic department is committed to excellence both on and off the field, through IHSA compliance, fiscal respondsibility, and student athletic/personal development.
